Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that returns sponsored results. We do not save a copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains whatever information you choose to provide, and we use it to answer you.

The limited data described above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to government portals, Santa Clara County and California offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on a linked site falls under that operator's privacy policy, not ours. The third-party company behind sponsored search results also controls the data entered into its tool.
Parties That May Receive Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Since there are no user accounts, we hold no visitor password or account profile.

Government records held by Saratoga, Santa Clara County, or California agencies remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests must go to the relevant custodian.
